WAC Decreases Post-January 1

Now that the majority of the 2026 WAC decreases have taken effect, we have developed additional Phase II WAC Decrease resources and reporting for you.

Manufacturer Rebate Program Credits

Manufacturers have stated their intent to distribute rebate program credits according to the following schedule:

• February 2026 – Bristol-Myers Squibb
• March 2026 – AbbVie, Boehringer Ingelheim
• April 2026 – Eli Lilly
• Not Disclosed – Novo Nordisk, Pharmacyclics

As we did in 2024 and 2025, the CPA Finance Team will calculate each pharmacy’s expected rebates based on purchases made during the rebate window, which we will then reconcile against actual rebates paid. Should we identify any discrepancies, CPA Finance will work with the manufacturer(s) to resolve the credit disputes and ensure that rebates are received and distributed accordingly.
